Happy spring 2010! I’ve finally got around to writing in this blog again and plan on keeping up with it this time. I may not do daily updates but will try and do it at least a few times weeks to keep everyone posted with what’s going on here in the land of the windy city. Right now its 3:42am April 21, 2010. I just read the Timeout Chicago article they wrote about us and the windycity website. If you haven’t seen it you can check it out here-à  It’s funny, the first interview I did with them was a while ago, maybe 8/9 months back at the end of last summer. I was in shape back then, so the reporter made it a point to mention my biceps. I got lazy over the winter, spent a lot of time stuffing my face and put on a good 5-10lbs of fat mostly on my belly. The rest of my body lost some of its tone. It’s nothing new, ever since I stopped fighting a few years back I go back and forth being in shape and out of shape. If you watch the videos you can tell when I had been working out and when I had been eating pizza and doughnuts. Now it’s back to the gym to get ready for summer. A few of the other parts of the article seemed a bit sketchy to me as well, but whatever, anytime I have done a television  or magazine interview they have tried to twist what I say to fit their own perception of things. What really matters is that more people will get to be exposed to our videos….Speaking of videos, I’ve been M.I.A from the site for  a while .The last few months I’ve been busy working  with one of my large tech clients who is building a new building. It’s no brainer stuff, networking and system setup but there has been lot of holdups with third party vendors and other crap. 10 hours a day for 4 months and I really don’t want to look at another computer when I get home. To add to the problems I hired some crack head  web design firm to work on the website but they flaked out on me and left it half finished. Eventually I just started doing it myself and came up with a very basic design so it’s easy for me to update and change things….nothing fancy, just to the point. I’m sure I’ll be making more changes in the coming days and weeks and adding more info here as well….As always feel free to contact me via email with any questions or problems.
